Join us for the Local Heroes Cup, the ultimate warm-up to the Laver Cup, as Berlin gears up to become the Tennis Capital from September 20th to 25th! In partnership with ON, we’re bringing tennis to life — urban Berlin style and away from country club culture - by the lake, with great music, food, and vibes.
It's an exciting two-day event where you'll be able to play mini tennis, hang out and watch as local heroes take the court!
On September 7th, talented young players from local tennis clubs will show off their skills in a spirited kids' tournament. Then, on September 8th, it's the adults' turn — expect fierce competition as diverse teams from Berlin communities like Refuge Worldwide, Roots, CeeCee, and others battle it out. Each day brings its own unique vibe, with plenty of surprises in store.
🎧 Vibes for Days: With 4 DJs spinning everything from house to hip-hop, the beats will be as fresh as the game on the court.
🍴 Tasty Treats: Feast on Afro & Afrofusion delights from a local community favorite. Plus, sip on refreshing drinks from Roy Kombucha and Churchill to keep you fueled.

🏓 Mini Tennis Courts: Not ready for the big league? No worries! Try your hand at mini tennis courts where you can practice and play with others, no experience needed.
